Dr. Paulin and staff are outstanding. I have had extensive dental work done and my experiences have been wonderful. Although dental work is very scary, they embraced me and made me feel completely safe and comfortable always. Dr. Paulin’s meticulous work has paid off and I am over the moon with my new beautiful smile. It looks fantastic and so natural. This is something I have been wanting for years and gave no regrets! So sorry I didn't read the reviews first. I would never recommend this office. Unless you want to be scamed, bait & switched, additional charges added after prepaying $2,064 for x-rays, evaluation. cleaning and the amount they told me it would cost for an upper replacement denture. On my second visit they charged me an addional $70 for lab fees, which I paid. Little did I know that the day I am suppose to pick up my upper denture, I am told I have to pay an additional $475 lab fee. My statement states they agreed to provide me "COMPLETE denture -Maxillary" for $1800. I have no agreement with a lab, that is their cost, payable from what they charged me. They offered a "payment plus interest plan to finance the $475.." Sweeze every last penny!

I’m leaving one star because I have to. I would absolutely never recommend anybody come to this office. They are scammers they make you wait they try to rack up your bill and then they lie about everything. I was referred by another dentist I don’t know why they would ever send me here. All they did was try to rack up my insurance bill and when I told him I was leaving halfway through my appointment they got upset and when I asked to send my x-rays to another office they told me they were going to charge me some outrageous amount of money to send in my own medical records. Which is against the law. The front office staff is extremely stupid and the back office staff is extremely rude. The dental hygienist was extremely rude and I would never go back to this place I would recommend going anywhere but here. They are the absolute worst.

Never saw the doctor because we waited over an hour in the waiting room. Appointment was at 11 am and we were there well before that. They took someone in right away that arrived at 11:10. "Sorry" was the only response received from the front desk when approached. We left at 12:06. My kid was taken out of school, I had to take time off work. What a waste of time. Just rude and unprofessional.

They lied to me about accepting my insurance and refused to refund my money or give me all of my records.

Extremely poor service from this dental office. They have s practice of over and double billing their patients. Started with this practice in 4/17 did not have the service completed after learning of over billing with Delta Insurance and still they refuse to refund monies paid. Please be careful for I have since learned of others that were charged upfront and wax told once the insurance company pays your account would be credit, only to find out that was not the case. BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE.
