I had a great experience for my first time at Premier Dental Partners. Keely the Hygienist was incredibly informative and explained to me everything she intended to do, before starting various portions of my routine checkup. She allowed me to see my xrays and helped me interpret what I was seeing through an explanation. I’ve not been this informed about my procedure and the education behind my teeth and gums ever. Was very satisfied with the experience as a whole.

I thought this place was going to be OK but really they are unorganized, not well trained and unprofessional. I spoke to the office manager and to the dentist about it. The dentist is in complete denial that he has problems. The office manager hopes to get the problems fixed and make it a better place. Either way, we are finished there and I don't recommend that you visit this office.

he has been helping me to decide on a very unusual orthodontia correction for some time now. and with his help and honest input, i've been able to make a decision. he's definitely spent some time in conversation with me over several visits and i appreciate that. he's also done several crowns for me and i'm satisfied with the work.

I started seeing Dr. Bartels about 8 years ago. I had just moved to the St. Louis area at that time and had horrible experiences with other dentists. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Bartels and his team. I moved away for a few years, but continued seeing Dr. Bartels once I returned to the area.I recommended him to others that were also having a difficult time finding a decent dentist, and they've stuck with him as well.
