Dr Cook completed the Medical College of Virginia s Dental School in 2003 where he earned his doctorate of Dental Science degree Prior to that he also completed a doctorate program in Neuro Anatomy also from MCV Dr Cook is originally from Richmond In 2003 Dr Cook purchased the practice of Dr Wilson Ames and relocated to Smithfield He and his wife Kirstin have two children Colby and Anna Dr Cook is a member of the American Dental Association Virginia Dental Association Academy of General Dentistry and has served two terms as an elected member of the Smithfield Town Council
