Dentist told me I needed a root canal and Dr. Saraf fit me in that same Friday at 5 pm, even staying late to complete the root canal. He was extremely compassionate, patient, and helpful. I was in a lot of pain and nervous, but he made sure to make it as comfortable and painless as possible. My dentist told me it would take 2-3 hours for my root canal, but he managed to do it in under an hour while still being thorough and patient. His staff was very helpful and kind as well. After so much tooth pain for so long I couldn’t be more thankful! Also, not that it matters, but the office always beautiful as well, lol!
I was made comfortable and safe from the time of evaluating my oral issues to the corrective procedures done. Little to no pain. If anything were to be of concerned then it was addressed immediately.
He identified errors the dentist made. He fixed a prior root canal and saved my bridge work. I am very appreciative of his help and his staff is great and very caring.
Dr. Saraf is wonderful, very fast and very thorough. I have had a few root canal procedures and I would not go anywhere else for this. Short waits, professional staff. Awesome practice.
Dr. Saraf's office took my insurance information to confirm coverage and came back to me with what my out of pocket expense would be. I agreed to that cost but months later received a surprise bill for services that were not covered by insurance (a 3D x-ray). I would not have agreed to this had I known up front. A pre-authorization on their part would have prevented all of this (I will demand this for all future services having learned this lesson). I argued my case but they were non-relenting and eventually threatened to report it to the credit bureaus. Having been effectively leveraged, I paid the ransom but will not return.
Dr Saraf and his staff are the best dental professionals I have encountered in all of my 60 years. Professional, knowledgeable and caring. He helped me with botched root canal from another dentist that recommended an extraction and implant. Dr Saraf immediately identified the issue as an infection in the tooth and went back in and was able to save my tooth. The medical profession has become tied to big corporations that only care about profits, not patient care. I highly recommend Dr Saraf!
Just had my 3rd visit to Dr. Saraf. Saw my dentist in the morning and then scheduled an appt to see Dr. Saraf that afternoon. Had an appt at 6:15pm and he was running a little late. One root canal turned into two and he stayed until 8:00 to make sure both got done.
All three of my visits have been great and I was extremely appreciative of him staying as late as he did.
This doctor overbooked patients. Don’t used any covid precautions. Greedy as hell
My experience with Dr. Saraf was great! Root canals are not pleasant, but he definitely made it easier. I was referred to him by my regular dentist, and he squeezed me in at 6pm that day and was able to do a partial root canal. The next day I had a bit of a complication and texted him (he gave me his personal cell# in case I had any issues!) And he had me come in ay 7pm on a Friday! Turns out I had a weird 3rd root in my tooth that was hidden on the xray. He worked on it for probably an hour and a half because it was so complicated. Never even charged me extra for all that extra work. He is very kind and legit seems to care about his patients. It's been 3 weeks now and I have had no issues.
Went in for root canal treatment to bridge on 12/14. I was told a price for treatment over the phone prior to appointment. When treatment was completed and I go to check out, I was charged $150(come to find out it was for a 3D x-ray that I didn't request or need) more than I was quoted. No one bothered to explain what it was for. The next month I was emailed another bill for $86 more that showed 2 visit dates and procedures that I never had performed. I call the billing lady and she wants to argue with me about what was done. I am a medical professional myself and know about medical procedures and if I don't I will definitely do my research. Pay attention to your bills because they will definitely overcharge you if you let them. I will never go to this endodontist again. A rip off for sure!!
