Every aspect of my experiences with West Falls Church Dental have been extremely positive. Scheduling was easy. Minimal/non-existent wait times. Setting myself up as a new patient was easy. Every person in the office, from the receptionist, to the dental techs, to the hygienist, Dr Raji herself and the check-out/billing personnel are absolutely top notch. Always pleasant, always personable, each extremely professional and proficient in their fields. All diagnosis was thoroughly explained with great visuals (I'm the type who prefers to "see" rather than simply be "told"). All billing/costs made clear. I had several dental issues in need of resolution, some of which were not properly attended to by prior dentists. I have been in the area for twenty years, and due to either switches in insurance or overall dissatisfaction with service provided... this is my fifth dentist. I feel I have found the one that I'll stick with (crossing fingers insurance issues are stabilized).
