Outstandingly professional, and not just Dr. Alman. Every member of his staff I was in contact with radiated the same aura of professionalism; focused on doing the work well while establishing a bond of trust with the patient. As for skill, off the chart. My dentist -- also a true professional -- was unable to sufficiently numb my tooth to permit painless (or almost so) extraction. He suggested that an oral surgeon needed to do it. Sensing it was an emergency, Dr. Alman made time available the following day. (Three other oral surgeons told me the wait would be from two weeks to two months.) His office processed all the insurance forms for me. He explained the follow-up dos and don'ts. An assistant repeated that process, and gave me a print-out of the issues covered. It's almost worth having a healthy tooth extracted to experience this office. Almost.

After my endodontist called Dr. Alman's office saying I needed an extraction, I was told to come right over. Dr. Alman fit me right into his schedule, took his time to explain everything and did an amazing job. His calmness and gentle hand was very much appreciated. Looking forward to having Dr. Alman do my implant in a few months.
