I had 2 appointments times, Friday 12/17/21 at 10am, when I arrived, the receptionist informed me that I didn't have an appointment. The 2nd appointment was the next day Saturday 12/18/21 at 9am, the receptionist informed me that the early appointment time was made to accommodate my procedure (normally they arrive at 10am). Well, about 10:15 I was taken to room for prep, about 30min. later Dr. Johnson show up. About 10:55am my wife and I were leaving, NOTHING DONE. I never got a sense of certainty about the procedure that I had schedule two weeks prior. Dr. Johnson never gave me any certainty that she knew why I was even there, in fact she apologized for not knowing that I was scheduled at 9am. The whole process I compared to getting in a car with someone who you knew couldn't see and asking them to drive you to some unknown destination. I was not about to let that person do anything in my mouth. "Not a sermon," just a fact. Kodos to Kisha and Marty for great customer service.
A total disappointment. I took my wife there for a pain in her tooth. Dr. Rasheeda Johnson determined a minor crack at the top and suggested a ROOT CANAL. I objected and asked her to give a try to repair by a filling; she accepted unhappily. Know what? It worked. My wife is well for months. Today, months later, insurance company sent me a bill of $100 copayment. I checked the amount she charged. $800 OH MY GOSH! For a simple filling $800. My insurance company accepted $560 of it. LOOK, they robbed one third of my annual insurance for a filling. She needs to be investigated. I even don’t remember when they took 20 paid films. A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT KEEP AWAY!!!
Nothing but issues after this dentist gave me fill-ins. My bite was off, one of my fill-ins fell out 12 months later and I have a huge gap between my teeth that constantly get food stuck in the back. ( That never used to occur)... When I contacted her, she said that the office was responsible to fix the fill-in that fell out and not her because she moved! :/
