About
Dr. Richard DiSimoni or "Dr. D" is the heart of West Gate Dental. Winner of the "America's Best Dentists" 2017 Award, 2014 "Best of St. Charles Dentist" Award and the "Top Doc" Award of Chicago lands Best Dentists 2011; he brings to you top-notch dentistry while providing a friendly and comfortable atmosphere so you and your family are at ease. Dr. D graduated from George Williams University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology in 1985; from there he went on to Northwestern University and earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree in 1989. He completed his residency in general practice at Northwestern University. For the past 28 years, Dr. D has completed many continuing education courses, specifically those that specialize in implantology and Invisalign. When not practicing dentistry, you can find Dr. D playing football, softball, watching all Chicago sports or fishing. Dr. D, his wife Lydia, their son Richard, two cats and two collies live in St. Charles.
