I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Laing. This place was so clean and efficient. I checked in and went over after care. Less than 5 minutes after sitting in the waiting room I was taken back. I sat in the chair was asked again about how I was feeling and fasting and etc. They started my ivy and I was out in 2 minutes. I don't recall the surgery (which is the point). I was moved to the recovery room and then was discharged ( that's all a bit foggy) I was in and out in 45 minutes. 10 hours and lots of napping later, I feel fine. ( Not great obviously) and I'm eating all my favorite soft food. I would definitely recommend Steel City Oral Surgery to anyone. They entire staff is professional and wonderful.

Dr. Laing and his staff are HANDS DOWN the most Compassionate, caring, selfless and EMPATHETIC Doctors and Staff I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. I was in SEVERE pain for over 2 weeks and didn't know the cause - his office staff and he, himself, actually went the extra mile; found a way to get me seen ASAP (I did have a referral from my Dentist!) and they had me in THE NEXT DAY for Surgery. Dr. Laing & his wonderful office staff, surgery helpers, nurses, etc., have performed ATLEAST 3 or 4 SEPARATE surgeries on me to remove however many teeth! I can honestly say when I go into their office, my pain is a tiny bit more bearable because I KNOW me being in pain doesn't sit well with them and if any team of oral surgeons cares about their patients' livelihood and comfort levels, it is this team. I can't understand how there is anything less than a 5 star review on their page because I watched over the course of years now how excellent they treat every single patient!

I had a molar extracted by the doctor. After more than a week, I was still having some pain. I was able to be squeezed in so he could check it out. Everything was fine but he took the time to show me how to rinse the area well with a syringe and gave me some ointment for the sore area. I am very pleased with my care. Thanks Dr. Laing!

Very compassionate and made me feel at ease as he cared for my 6 year old. Picked her up and carried her back since she was already sleepy. After the procedure, completely explained everything to me and even offered to help us to the car! Very professional and caring. Very good with children!
