This was my first visit to an endodontist and first root canal, so I didn't know what to expect. The procedure was painless and only little discomfort afterward. The office is very efficient and there was no waiting. Dr. Orrick is wonderful, and I already recommended him to someone.

He is not good with patients who have dental anxiety. I would highly suggest saving the money and going somewhere else.

Dr. Orrick and every member of the staff I have encountered are very competent and kind. The professional and warm demeanor in the office instills confidence and eases anxiety. Also, this level of procedure is costly, and Rachel has been extremely helpful in explaining all charges and coordinating an agreed schedule of payment. I have to drive about 25 minutes to reach this office, and I am happy to do it for the experience they offer. Plus, I did not feel the shots at all, so that is a big plus

Worst. Very disappointed. No explain. Did not explain first. Delayed 2nd visit >2weeks due to extra paper works. 3 month later, send a double bill.
