This is a follow up to my earlier nightmare with Richard Shelestak (the father). I last saw him on August 17, 2020. They kept sending pre-authorization approvals to Medicaid when they should have sent it to Medicare. Their inept receptionist, Linda. was told by TWO different insurance supervisors that she had to send it to Medicare, but after being informed that, she continued to send it to Medicaid, which rightfully denied the coverage. Medicare would have approved it 100%. On Nov. 4, they gave me an appt to finish the work on Dec. 3. On December 3, I showed up for my appt. They made the appt. on Nov. 4 for Dec. 3 without seeking the correct approval, but had me waste my time showing up. I was told that both Medicaid and Medicare rejected me and told me I'd have to pay it all myself or leave. I left. I am FULLY COVERED 100%. It turns out that they NEVER sent any request to Medicare even though Shelestak yelled at me that I was rejected by both. No work was done.

I have loved going to this office until recently. I need to fillings repaired. The new secretary is rude and clueless!! She told me I can’t be seen until my cleaning. What does that have to do with a repair?! It’s said they will lose a patient over a secretary

If I could give a 0 star, I would! They were nothing but trouble from the start. They made me feel like a terrible mother. One out of three of my kids have some cavities. Just made rude comments. I referred a friend. The older shelestak kept mentioning how drugs will give symptoms like that, from a dry mouth!? Then, I missed one appointment, which was completely my fault. The second one was there fault. I can barely ever get ahold of their office. Whether I leave a message or not, because I never receive a phone call back. Now they will not work with me and gave me ridiculous fees for both of those appointments. Times two because they were my children’s appointments. They are the absolute worst dentist I have ever been to in my life!

Im really dissapointed i just called at 9:20 this is monday the 25th of feb and i asked if he was taking new patients the lady on the other end said he is but were scheduled out till may and before i could say thats fine everywhere else i tried is August or later i heard the lady say ok bye bye and a click im really shocked at how that call just went and dissapointed i just got the phone hung up on me.

He was rude, condescending, and was disrespectful to me. I was discriminated against and talked down to because I was unable to recline all the way back in his dentist chair do to my MS. My back began to hurt yet he continued to recline me further and eventually after stopping he said well I'm not going to hurt my back to look at your teeth.
