I have been a patient for 10 years. Had extractions and implants. He is one fine surgeon. I don't understand some of the one stars. This man knows what he is doing and has an excellent reputation among his peers. He is always reachable off hours in case of an emergency and is very easy going and gives excellent injections. His implants are first class and very reasonable. His nurse has been with him for 24 years and that alone should tell you something if you are familiar with the dental field.

Was referred there from dentist for aon’s wisdom teeth removal. Waited 2 months for appointment. They didn’t have the X-rays for the consultation, and charged for a 5 minute “consultation”. We were not told in advance about a charge. Office decor way out of date, and rud receptionist.

Dr. Walls has done work for my family for years and he and his staff are courteous and willing to explain procedures. I found him to be gentle shaking the cheek for injections. My implants work great and my kids wisdom teeth went easy. My wife had a jaw cyst that turned out really well. We send all our friends.

Seemed to be in a tearing hurry and rammed the needle in (before the numbing cream took effect) so hard I shrieked, in agonizing pain, twice, then he complained about my "behavior", by which he meant the shrieking. When he realized his crappy technique was the cause of my distress he pretended he thought I was a nervous and tried getting me to undergo a general anesthetic - even though I kept telling him I had a condition that meant I shouldn't be having general anesthetics.

I would never recommend this doctor. He seemed angry, and aggressive. He hurt me several times during the extraction. He did not have a gentle touch at all and did not warn me or explain what he was going to do next. Awful experience!

Amazing oral surgeon... I have had multiple implants and he by far is the best oral surgeon I have gone to. Even better, he is funny and makes you feel very comfortable before, during, and after surgery. Also, he charges much less than the other surgeons I have seen and does better work! A win win.
