He came in during the Christmas Holidays to fix a painful infected tooth on an emergency basis, an hour after my dentist looked at it. It was my first visit to Dr Berls (40yrs). I had 2 appointments, one in each office. On my 2nd, I carefully watched the entire 1-hr procedure in a magnifying mirror. Berls was organized, technical, careful and had "good hands". Medicine is part science and part art. Berls excels in both. Both offices have all the newest modern equipment. Highly recommended

Dr. Berls is excellent! His office staff was super friendly at both the Niskayuna & Clifton Park locations. They got me in as an emergency on the day the issue was found by my regular dentist. Dr. Berls had his hands full with my case and was super friendly and attentive to all of my weirdo needs. The work he did was quick & painless. I was terrified for my 1st root canal but he made it easy. They also processed my out-of-network claim quickly and I received my reimbursement the following week.
