About
Dr. Rob Christensen received his undergraduate degree from Colorado College and his dental degree from the University of North Carolina. He completed a residency at the Ohio State University and received a Master's Degree in Pediatric Dentistry. He is on faculty in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of North Carolina as an Adjunct Assistant Professor. "Dr. Rob" has extensive clinical training and experience in providing dental care for infants, children, teens, and patients with special needs. He is experienced in diagnosing and treating patients with interceptive orthodontic needs, managing acute dental trauma, and treating medically compromised patients under general anesthesia. His research interests include pediatric dental trauma and the management of dental crowding in young patients. Dr. Rob enjoys playing golf, fishing and spending time with his chocolate lab, Sarvis. Dr. Rob is the son of Dr. John Christensen. He and his wife, Jen, live in Durham, NC.
