Dr Cummings is a friendly person and my experience is that his work has been adequate. Also , his hygienist Ro.. is the spectacular. However, his personnel handling appointments and billing is terrible. They cancelled my appointment while I was stuck on the Northway in traffic due to a SNOW STORM. I would have been 15 minutes late and would have accepted less time towards a cleaning but they cancelled. 1.5 hours of my time lost. What dentist does that? Horrible Office Practice . Recommendation is to go elsewhere.

My son went to Dr. Cummings for a cap on my tooth. The cap was not put on properly. His gums were getting pinched and as a result he was starting to get an infection and he couldn't chew with the pain. He was charged the full amount for the cap. He was in such pain, I called my dentist who out of sympathy took him in as an emergency. They removed the cap. He had to have new impressions made. They had to treat him for bulging gums from his cap and was refitted with a new cap. Insurance only pays for one cap, so we had to pay $1,000 out of pocket, since he had the same procedure on the same tooth done twice. The new cap fit like a glove and he was no longer in pain. No one in out family will ever go to Dr. Cummings again.

Dr. Robert Cummings and his staff are the best. They are highly professional, very thorough with the examinations and overall very pleasant. The office is extremely clean and the protocol they follow in place for COVID preparation is top notch. Appointment making is seamless and plenty of parking available at location. Would definitely recommend Dr. Robert Cummings

They canceled my appointment knowing I have had tooth pains, and have made zero effort to get me an appointment, despite calling multiple times.
