When he was a kid, Dr. Graffeo had a pretty horrific experience at the dentist's office. He won't go into the nitty-gritty details about it, but thankfully, another wonderful dentist turned around his perception of the entire field. They were very kind and empathetic every step of the way through treatment, and his appointments there made him want to become a dentist. In fact, he thinks he's kind of like Hermey in that way!
