Dr. Hawkins never said a word to me on my trip to remove my wisdom teeth. I was told by 3 separate nurses that he would answer any and all questions I had for him after he was done. When I finally came to afterwards, my father and I were instantly rushed out of the office without asking one question, and with me actively protesting about feeling nauseous since I had just woken from anesthesia.

My experience went well for my first appointment….had stitches out January 2022….I believe dentists should be more compassionate when a person has a fear of dentistry…

From there moment I walked in, I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. They start without explaining anything and seem to have no regard for the patients happiness. When having my stitches removed after having 21 teeth taken out, it was very painful and I started to cry and panic. He told me to stop itI yelled in pain and he said we’re just taking your stitches out! There’s no way in hell I’d ever go back here. Dr. Hawkins is the reason why people have such bad fears of dentists!

My son had his wisdom teeth extracted under anesthesia. Dr. Hawkins and his staff were very professional, efficient, courteous, caring and knowledgeable. The follow up information was great and I know that my son had the best care possible for a difficult surgery, given that his wisdom teeth had grown in completely horizontal. I was very impressed and will be sending my daughters there in the future.
