Dr. Poindexter has treated our family for almost 3 decades. we trust him so much. His staff is super friendly and tends to our regular cleaning needs. He will also help save you money by not referring procedures you may not need (such as wisdom teeth removal). However, if he sees something concering, he will let you know and refer the best people for the job. He listens well and I've always felt better about my teeth afterwards.

Dr. Poindexter has been a blessing to me and my family throughout the years. He is such a good dentist. He knows his craft very well! Dr. Poindexter is also such a pleasure to deal with and is so honest. His staff are all a delight especially Tracy, his dental hygienist. If I could have left zero stars I would have. My whole family has gone here and after going to a new dentist we all have many cavities that he could not have missed. We have been going here for a very long time, every six months. I would not reccomend going here if you actually want an accurate cleaning and inspection.

I had been going to Dr Poindexter for a few years and never once had an xray. I got three crowns from him, not long after getting them, one of them fell out. Luckily i caught it and the Dr put it back in. this year, I changed dentists and my new dentist took xrays and stated that the crowns have gaps between the crown and the tooth. Well, just within the past week. One of the crowns cracked (it is only around 2 years old). I now have to have it replaced and insurance wont cover. Great.
