I have been a patient of Dr Tigani for 23 years (before that I was a patient of Dr Tigani Sr, his father, for a decade). I have found Dr Tigani to be a consummate professional--thorough, genial, efficient, and even-handed. Recently I needed a tooth extraction which was entrusted to the skilled and sympathetic hands of yet another Tigani (!)--Dr Katie Tigani whom I cannot praise too highly. The qualities I have enumerated also apply the hygienists: Maria (former) and Anita who has performed these functions for some years now. I would recommend Dr Tigani's practice without hesitation.
