Dr. Ruby Truong is originally from California but moved to Georgia with her family at a young age. She studied dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Her favorite part about being a general and family dentist is seeing the impact on people's lives that dentistry can provide. She enjoys helping patients, whether it's getting them out of pain, restoring their smiles, or simply helping them improve their overall oral health. Dr. Truong believes the path to good oral health begins with the doctor-patient relationship. By forming a partnership with her patients, educating them about the importance of proper home care and learning to understand their goals and desires, she believes she can help guide them toward achieving their desired level of oral health. Dr. Truong enjoys and is committed to continuing education courses to keep her up to date on new research, technology, and other advancements in dentistry so she can continue to provide high-quality dentistry for her patients. In her spare time, Dr. Truong enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the gym, and trying new things.
