My kids have been patients of Dr Francois since my 13 yr old was small. We followed him from the Cherry st office. He is great with all 4 of my kids and the staff is pretty amazing too. I have had 0 issues, no concerns. I'm glad my kids have them to establish positive dental behavior. I know a lot of adults that are terrified of dentist and I'm glad my kids won't be one of them!!! This was our first visit for my daughter’s first dentist appointment. Every staff member was friendly and tailored their care and language to accommodate her, keeping her entertained and distracted when needed. No complaints!
Dr. Francois and his team are very professional and great with my kids! I’ve been so pleased with our visits and both times I’ve had to do dental procedures with my kids.
Not enough good things to say. This was my son’s first visit to the dentist and everyone was super friendly. I love that my son felt so comfortable with the whole process. We will definitely continue to return for all future visits.
Dr. Francois and his staff make going to the dentist fun for my 3 year old. His staff are patient and thorough at the same time. They explain everything they are doing in easy to understand terms. We love going to the dentist now!
Dr. Francois and his team are so professional and friendly- from the initial booking, check-in/out, all the way to the end of the appointment. They really make something that can be quite scary for both kids and parents a breeze. My son had to get a tooth pulled and some other work done today, and the Assistant Brei quickly understood that he was scared and took swift action to make sure he was at ease. She explained everything to him and reassured him (and me). For the procedure, Dr. Francois was fun, friendly, fast, gentle, and efficient. Dr. Francois and Brei answered all our questions and gave me tips for aftercare, as well as how to prepare for the next visit. They also gave us tips on how to take better care of our teeth so we have a good second chance with permanent teeth.
I highly recommend Dr. Francois and his team to anyone looking for a great place to teach your kids how to have fun taking care of their teeth!

My son had to have a tooth extracted yesterday. They got him in way sooner than expected, and Dr. François and his team are so great with kids and making them feel comfortable and explaining to me exactly what they’re doing!
Staff, from the front desk, hygienist and dentist, were all friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing with the kids. They let them see and touch the instruments to make them feel more comfortable. Overall a great experience.
The doctors and assistants were amazing! They provided information and were very baby-friendly!
