About
Dr. Sachi D. Patel grew up in Northern Virginia. She completed her undergraduate studies with high honors at Virginia Tech with a degree in Biology. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS degree) from Howard University College of Dentistry. After that, Dr. Patel opted to complete a General Practice Residency program. Such residencies are designed to refine and enhance clinical skills in the various fields of dentistry. Professional organizations of which Dr. Patel is an active member in good standing include the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, and Northern Virginia Dental Society. Dr. Patel is a big believer of giving back to the community whether its through providing free oral cancer screenings, educating kids through fun demonstrations, or simply providing free dental care to those in need. Dr. Patel is married to her college sweetheart and is currently residing in Northern Virginia with her family. When she is not pursuing her passion of dentistry, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and discovering new cultures.
