Dr Sameer Atrash better known as Dr Sam was born in Washington D C and raised in Fairfax Virginia Dr Sam took his first dental course in his junior year of high school After taking the course attending dental philanthropy events and being in a dental office he knew dentistry is what he wanted to pursue Dr Sam attended college at Virginia Commonwealth University for both his Bachelor s and Master s After college he attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree Dr Sam believes in preventative conservative dental care He not only provides dental care but attempts to educate his patients about the importance of oral hygiene and how it is connected to overall health Dr Sam prides himself in providing painless fast dental care that caters to patient s comfortability Dr Sam is a member of the American Dental Association and Virginia Dental Association Dr Sam was selected to be the student moderator for the American Dental Congress in 2018 Besides dentistry Dr Sam enjoys spending time with his dog going fishing and being outside with friends
