AVOID unless you like paying more! Charged 3 times the amount out of pocket than the insurance negotiated rate as an in-network. Noticed it on the explanation of benefits (EOB), but figured she’ll send a refund. A year later, nothing, so I stopped by to ask about my account - receptionist said there’s no credit and the Dr Amini is busy, so she’ll call back. Didn’t get a call, so I emailed. No response for a week until I emailed again and said I’ll post this everywhere - got a voicemail 10 mins later saying I have a credit for half of what I calculated (I’m a CPA but she doesn’t have to be to do simple math). Phone tags and emails later, confirmed correct amount. Asked for a history of my account as I did a crown and now suspect I was overcharged for that too - no response to that which I asked at least twice. Stopped by the office to get refund, says she can only send back to the same card, but this is a charge from a year ago and it could not go through, wasted my time again!

Please give me a call doctor. I have left numerous messages in your voicemail and email since the new crown you gave me weeks ago. I cannot chew with that tooth! My insurance is also asking the pre-treatment images from you. They don't believe I needed a new crown!

Dr. Amini is a Great dentist. She is a caring Dr. And goes above and beyond to explain things when I have a question about a procedure. The office is very clean and staff are very friendly. I highly recommend her.

PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS DENTIST! I am beyond horrified with her services. I had gone back to her regarding pain associated with the crown she had charged me for. She dismissed my concerns and sent me home with an exorbitant bill associated with the test she ran. While on an overseas trip the same crown came off and I had to get an emergency procedure costing me thousands of dollars. Now that I called her several times to transfer my records, she is asking for 39$ to transfer my documen

She schedules multiple patients during the same hour. Therefore, the waiting time for me and my family members have been at least 40 minutes every visit. She does not apologize for the long waits. She does not smile.
