Sara actually told my daughter, “stop crying - you are making your parents sad” while my daughter was screaming so loud in pain that another staff person came into the room to see what was going on. Sara then said she is just “going to rush through it so it is over with”. I had to step out of the room and ask for a glass of water because I thought I was going to faint and could hear her still screaming from the room to the front desk. There was no apology. We left, and it was my turn to cry.
