Dr. Rubis was very friendly and honest. I had seen another dentist and was given $6000 treatment plan. Dr. Rubis let me know I had other options and made me feel much more at ease.

I was very impressed with Dr. Rubis. I have a fear of going to the dentist, and he was recommended by a friend of mine. I actually felt more comfortable here than any other dental office I have gone to. He has a great sense of humor and the visit was completely painless. The staff was wonderful as well. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been coming to the office of Dr. Rubis for several years, we wouldnot go anywhere else! We left a dental group and they were so money hungry and pushingfor things to be done that we didn't want or need. Dr. Rubis and there team is not that way.They really care for there patients. Not too long ago he made time for me when I had chippeda tooth and needed care, he took care of it! All I can say is they are a really caring team!

Very rude customer service from his staff. They had attitudes on the phone as well as in person. Didn't want to help unless I insisted. Also, they have acceptable insurance companies listed that are clearly incorrect. I scheduled through my insurance website and after making the appointment and dealing with their bad service I was told my insurance wasn't accepted. And before even checking my insurance she tried telling me that the dentist didn't even want to see me anymore because I wasn't 30 minutes early to my appointment. Mind you, I still had 15 minutes until my appointment was even supposed to start.

Dr. Scott Rubis has been a good dentist. We were coming from out of town about an hour and a half and were 15 minutes late and sat in the lobby for another 12 minutes and the receptionist said we had to reschedule. Give me a break not gonna let cash paying patient coming from fairly long distance 77 miles away keep his appointment, especially after sitting for 12 minutes before even being acknowledged. Guess they don't mind losing a cash paying patient.

100% would recommend Dr. Rubis to any person or family! Dr. Rubis has been our families dentist for last 25 years and our 3 teen age kids plus toughest challenge being my wife....all trust and like Dr. Rubis. My wife Cindy growing up was petrified of any Dentist visit and since she decided to join me at Dr. Rubis' office.....her fear is completely gone! The bonus is he really has good personality and relates to everyone!
