I went to artistic dentistry to get a crown put on. The doctor put a temporary crown on that I was instructed to keep on for two weeks. I finally get the permanent crown on by this doctor and it comes off as soon as I get home. I then had to wait another two weeks, without any temporary crown this time, for another permanent crown to arrive, which SHATTERED in my mouth 5 hours after being put on. I called the doctors office many many times and have only been able to reach the front desk. They tell me the doctor will call me back and I have not heard from him or them unless I call. Left With a hole in my mouth.I called them every day trying to get ahold of Dr Shea with no call back. When he was finally ?available?to talk, he denied my refund and told me I would have to wait another year before he had an open appointment. I am now left with a hole in my mouth that he made worse and more sensitive. It hurts and has major sensitivity. He leaves me no choice but to go elsewhere.
