I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Up Care Olathe. During my visit, Dr. Parbhu told me I had three “budding cavities” and one definite cavity that needed immediate filling—at a cost of over $300. Something didn’t feel right, so I got a second opinion. That dentist found zero cavities—not even early signs of decay. I had to go in-person to request my X-rays because the office refused to email them to me or send them directly to my new dentist. These were essential for confirming whether I truly needed a filling, which makes it pretty clear that Up Care -- specifically Dr. Parbhu -- was purposefully withholding them because I did not actually have any cavities.
