Dr. Hartsell completed her bachelor's in Chemistry and Mathematics at Duke University. She then pursued her DMD Degree at University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated with Honors in Clinical Dentistry and Community Health. Dr. Hartsell is passionate about providing the best comprehensive dental care to all of her patients. She is a very caring and humble dentist, who listens to her patient's concerns and ensures they are informed and involved throughout treatment. Her goal is to help everyone have their best smile. Dr. Hartsell believes strongly in the value of continuing education. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Greater Washington Academy of Dental Studies.
