About
I grew up in rural Nova Scotia, Canada, where my parents immigrated to in early 1970s. I have two brothers, and as luck would have it, we are all now settled in greater Chicago. I live here with my husband and two girls. In my spare time, I love to travel. Following family tradition - my grandfather was also a physician in India, as are my brothers, I chose a field that enables me to improve peoples lives. Seeing a person smile confidently, when they were too ashamed to before, or when someone is relieved of acute dental pain, or when I straighten out a teenagers teeth with braces is what drives me to excel in dentistry. This is an field where technology and skill come together to do wonders for people!
