About
Dr. Gupta is an esteemed member of the Doctor Mastery Program. The five-year program consists of clinical training conducted by world renowned clinicians, from building on foundational skills and advancing to mastery of the most complex dental care. Dr. Som Gupta attended dental school in India in 1974. After completion of his General Practice Residency, he came to Pittsburgh in 1976. He then attended University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia to earn his Doctorates in Dentistry. Upon completion at PENN, Dr. Gupta decided to come back to the Pittsburgh area and start his own practice in Verona. In 2001 he purchased an old church and converted it into what is now a beautiful, spacious, and modern dental office. For the past three years, Dr Som Gupta has been voted by his peers and recognized by Pittsburgh Magazine as one of the top dentists providing both general and cosmetic dentistry. He is also a member of the Holistic Dental Association. In his free time, Dr Gupta enjoys reading, spending time with his family and traveling. For more than 30 years, Dr. Gupta has been enhancing smiles and lives of patients throughout the Pittsburgh area and beyond.
