Received treatment for major tooth ache. After several appointments I left unsatisfied with the treatment plan. I had to wait a long time in the waiting room for each appointment. Strange as there were only 1 to 3 other people seeking treatment each time I was there with the waiting room empty save me. The sad fact is, everyone was nice here, but Dr. Bhoot was completely wrong. I saw several other dentists after her. They gave me the correct diagnosis and my oral surgeon concurs. I will not be returning here.

DO NOT GO THERE! The appointment was very rushed. I needed my two front bottom teeth extracted. She came in, quickly looked at them and agreed. She very roughly injected Novacaine in the wrong area and immediately started pulling. The Novacaine did NOT have any time to be effective! I was screaming in pain as she yanked the first one and she instantly started on the second one. The most painful experience in my life! I truly believe she enjoys inflicting pain. I will never go there again. For God sakes, everyone knows it's takes a few minutes for Novacaine to take effect. She could have at least asked me.

I don't do reviews that often, but this is something I want the public to know. I made an appointment for the following services listed on the voucher. One exam, cleaning, and xrays. After completing the paperwork, the first thing they did was try to upsell me for a deep cleaning and other electives I dont need. I told them I want to stick the the services listed on the groupon and the hygienist told me she will not do the cleaning unless I do the deep cleaning which would cost an extra $465. She also gave a lot of excuses that the regular cleaning will increase the risk of exposure to COVID, health risks, and etc. I was extremely confused because apparently the "Deep cleaning" has a lesser rate of exposing the virus even though it requires deeper drilling to the gums and teeth. In conclusion, they will try to upsell you and when you refuse they will get rude and refuse the listed service in the agreement. I would NOT recommend this to anyone and I wish I could give 0 stars.

Unfortunately my experience with this Dentist was not very good. They did a filling along with an examination which is normal. They gave me an estimate of fixing the issues & I said I would review it & let them know. I then received a letter from Delta Dental that this office filed a bill for not only the filling but a bill for the estimate of repairs that were not done or authorized. Insurance then paid them for everything. It took months for them to refund. The office staff is suspect!!!!!!
