She did poor work on my teeth and tried to make me the reason for her mistakes. Even when they tried to over bill me. She used the excuse that her staff came in on the weekend to fix the problem. Again a problem I didn’t create. My tooth has a hole due to her. I didn’t have a hole before she worked on my mouth. She need to learn how to own up to her mistakes. All she care about is a 5 star rating. She wanted me to change my 1 star on google but her work isn’t good enough for a higher rating. She’s out for money.
I believe she is very trustworthy and is a practitioner with heart and understanding of what its like to sit for dental surgery.
Dr.Sonu is beyond awesome. Such a caring doctor who makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Her team is wonderful and together they make me feel like family when I am up there.
Dr.Sonu is just awesome. I had a pretty involved procedure done . She gave me her cell phone number so I could reach her after hours. She personally called and checked on me that night and the day after to check on how I was doing.
She is such a skilled, compassionate person. I wish her well. I will be a patient for life. Thanks arch Dentistry! !!!
Dr. Sonu is THE BEST! She is not only an amazing dentist, she is a great person. She is gentle, yet, thorough and her work is among the best I have ever come across. Her calming personality can ease even the worst cases of dental anxiety, and I cannot try to express how glad I am to have found her! If you want great, honest dentistry.. Dr.Sonu is awesome. I am so excited for her as she has her own private practice now in Hazelwood. The office is right off I 270. Very convenient location, fantastic staff and I always treated as if I am the only patient in the office at any given time. Finally a dentist who is honest and will not push for unnecessary treatment. Way to go team Arch Dentistry !!!
Since my Dentist, Dr. King, retired last month, I have been seeing Dr. Sonu. I am getting major dental procedure done, so I have seen her three times last month. Dr. Sonu makes sure that you are comfortable before she starts the procedure and through out the procedure. Dr. Sonu is a perfectionist and does not settle for less. In addition, Dr. Sonu is very caring. I like her very much and I am staying with her.
Besides, her staff is so friendly and courteous.
I just met Dr.Sonu & she is wonderful. I broke a front tooth on Sunday the 3-26-17 & she got me in today & fixed it! Did & awesome fix! She'll be my Dentist from now on.
I was Dr. Stadnick patient but he has retired & now Dr.Sonu is my new Dentist and she is awesome! Same office & staff!
