I really like Dr. Satishchandran! Five stars. she listened to my concerns and needs and offered excellent treatment options that I honestly have been looking for x many years. After my consultation with Dr. Satishchandran, I have hope regarding my mouth situation! I have gone to many dentists (traditional and holistic) over the past 10-15 years trying to figure out what to do since I felt the implants that I have were failing i.e. steadily been losing bone etc with more and more threads exposed threads and challenging hygiene. She also removed an implant that was moving. I have asked a few dentists over the years to consider removing that particular implant and no one seemed interested until today when I reported it was moving. so glad to have it out. and so glad that there is new bone grafting techniques that make implants possible for people like me. Thank you Dr. Satishchandran!

Dr. Satish is completely unprepared and incompetent. During my consultation she literally begged for a review before she even examined me, telling me if I mentioned her I would get a gift card etc. I found that incredibly off putting as a first impression but I chalked it up to enthusiasm. When I went in for IV sedation and extractions I metabolized the sedation too quickly for her to do anything more than traumatize me and put me into further pain. Apparently I was screaming. She said "she has never seen this before" and it's not a risk they thought to warn me of because it's so unknown. Any surgeon who doesn't know that some times drugs don't work should not be a surgeon. She indicated she is not licensed to do more than she did and would have to get an anesthesiologist. They do NOT have an anesthesiologist on office except once a month so the website and services listed are incredibly misleading. I was still willing to give her a second chance when she told me that she got the anesthesiologist to come in a few days later instead of 3 weeks later. I made the appointment, I took the prescriptions, I didn't eat or drink for 14 hours. And yet today, the day the anesthesiologist was supposed to be there she's not. I was asked to push my appointment back an hour then I was called 15 minutes before the new appointment time only to be told we'd have to cancel because the anesthesiologist still wasn't here. Dr. Satish told me that she wants to make a new appointment for me where I'm not just "penciled in" or an afterthought. Imagine hearing that your pain is simply an AFTER THOUGHT when you had made an appointment. She wasted 2 days of my time and 2 days of 2 other people's time since a driver is necessary for this. The front desk and tech staff are very nice and should not be held responsible for the absolute lack of care given by Dr. Satish. I plan to file formal complaints with the state as well. I hope she loses her license so no other patient has to be treated as an after thought.
