I have no quibble with Dr. Hiatt except for his choice of staff. The first thing we were asked was '"Can you pay for it?" Then a phone call to arrange the paperwork again. I suspect they lost it. Again they insisted that payment be up front. They never offered to mail paperwork to be filled out. When I asked why not they were surly. They called the Friday before the appointment and said they did not receive the paperwork from the referrer AGAIN. Waited for 10 minutes without anyone saying boo.
