The good news--he's allegedly retiring in fall 2019. If for some reason he doesn't, and you come across his office as a new patient, run the other direction. He and his office manager (his wife) are incredibly unprofessional people. They're not rude, just do not have their act together and do NOT listen. Mrs. Koshland talked over me throughout our entire phone conversation, and I finally had to resort to interrupting her to get a word in. They both told me they would call me back and one month then two months (respectively) passed before I finally had to call them. I got to hear an insurance rant from each of them. Regardless of how frustrated you are with insurance (and believe me, the patients are too!), keep it professional, guys! Even if your insurance covers Dr. Koshland, I highly recommend finding another dentist because he let his license lapse and was super reluctant to renew it. Red flag!

Terrible dentist. Equipment was outdated. He was very rude, and did not take into consideration the pain while poking around my teeth as I told him it hurt, but continued to cause the pain. He even became aggravated after telling him. I highly do NOT recommend.
