Becoming an orthodontist was something that I decided to do very early in life. I always felt that the importance of having straight teeth and a wonderful smile mean everything in life. I wore braces for several years during my adolescence, and was fortunate enough to have several wonderful mentors who guided my career path toward orthodontics. Now I have the pleasure of helping my patients and seeing their self-esteem and confidence transform as they realize their beautiful smiles. Coming from a family of healthcare providers, I have always valued that aspect of patient care that cannot be taught. I enjoy getting to know each individual that I treat and subsequently learning something unique about that person. I also like to clearly explain a customized diagnosis and treatment plan so that my patients and/or their family can make an informed decision regarding their orthodontic care. My motto is to ‘treat each patient like family,’ so that every person in our office can have complete confidence in our exceptional care. There are now more treatment choices that ever before; from the latest state of the art bracket technology to the simplicity of Invisalign- a clear aligner system that moves teeth without the use of traditional braces. Due to constantly improving technical advances in orthodontics, most people today can be treated in less time and with less discomfort than ever before. With many years of private practice experience, technical expertise and a warm personal approach, I will work with each patient individually to help them achieve a beautiful smile, a healthy bite and aesthetics that can be enjoyed for a lifetime.
