About
I am originally from Utah, and before I ever became a dentist, I was actually interested in joining the healthcare profession for a long time. I initially planned to become a medical doctor. I received a bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and worked in a hospital imaging center, which I did happily for about 8 years. Dentistry first came onto my radar thanks to my brother-in-law, who himself is a dentist. Through him, I came to see that dentistry would be a great fit for me, as it allowed me to combine my love for science, art, and working with my hands in order to truly help people. I also liked the independence being a dentist afforded, as it enabled me to dedicate as much time as I wanted to my wife and five children.
