The staff is courteous and attentive. Dr. Susan Chang is very professional and trustworthy in her guidance. She has been my dentist for over 5 years. I highly recommend her practice.

Dr. Chang is incredibly attentive and precise. I've been to multiple dentists in my adult life, and Dr. Chang is easily the technically precise dentist that I've seen. In the four times that I've seen her, she's never once accidentally scraped my gums with her instruments, and my teeth are sparkling after each cleaning. In addition, she takes the time to listen to any dental hygiene concerns and clearly explains whether it's something that you should be concerned about.

Today I had my second visit/check-up at Wildwood Bethesda Dental and as long as I'm in the area, I can't see myself going anywhere else. Dr. Susan Chang and her staff are professional, prompt and friendly. I had a couple of concerns and a handful of questions and Dr. Chang and her team did a great job in answering all of them thoroughly and carefully. Not to mention, their e-mail response time is great. (The staff here responded to each of my e-mails quickly, scheduled an appointment with me, rescheduled to better suit my needs and completed the appointment all before other dentists in the area even gave me an initial response to my request for a check-up. I still haven't received a response from these other dentists.) Another bonus was that they had The Office playing on the TV during my cleaning haha. Thank you for making going to the dentist a more pleasant experience :)

She I said very inexperienced. For months I kept telling her that i add a tooth pain and she kept saying that my tooth was sensitive. I finally went for a second opinion and my cavity was so deep that I had to have a tooth extraction and now I have to get an implant. Thiscost me about 3000 dollars. I will not recommend her at all. Then she ordered me a nigh guard that totally scratched my front teeth and I tried to see her yo have it changed and she would not do that. Awful experience.
