She later completed her Certification in Prosthodontics. Upon the completion of her studies, she joined the faculty of Northwestern University Dental School as a full-time Clinical Assistant Professor.Dr. Mazzeis tenure continued for twelve years, where she enjoyed educating future dentists in all facets of their four-year education. After these years of hard work and dedication to the University, she was granted an Assistant Professor Emeritus at Northwestern University.
