About
Dr Swati Vellanki was born in India. While growing up in India she had ample exposure to people from different regions and backgrounds with her father serving as an officer in the Air Force. She attended KGF College of Dental Sciences in southern India and graduated top of her class, placing among the top 5 students from 40 dental schools in the state. She then spent some time in New Zealand before moving to the United States to attend the Advanced Standing Program for International Dentists at the University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles. There she was trained by some of the best doctors and instructors in the field. While at USC she and her husband volunteered at underserved communities and the homeless shelter in Downtown Los Angeles. She is a member of the ADA, VDA, ADEA and AACD (American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry) and is trained in CEREC and dental digital photography. She enjoys and takes great pride in her work with specific emphasis on minute details. Her passions include digital photography, painting, singing, traveling and learning different languages. She currently resides in Spotsylvania with her husband Ravi, who is a Software Engineer.
