Is a very good dentist and staff are friendly! The staff have a great connection with each other which helps in dealing with patients. Able to get appointments quickly and they thoroughly clean teeth and have fixed issues other dentist have not.
I felt very well taken care of by everyone at Dr. Dunlap's office during all of my visits. Every aspect of my care was explained and carried out in a pleasant and professional manner by Dr. Dunlap and all of her staff. I highly recommend this office for all dental care from making appointments, cleaning, filings, extractions, and followup aftercare. Thank you everyone!! See you next year.
While the care is good. They cancel your appointment and say they will call to reschedule and don't. They then send a letter throwing you out of practice for not going to your scheduled appointment
The most pleasant receptionist just helped me! I don't usually have tooth problems and it has been a bit since I've been in to see the dentist due to the pandemic etc. I'm very grateful for the appointment they gave me and I know I will be in good hands. My family and I have been going to Dr. Dunlap for years and it has always been a good experience, on schedule, clean, professional, friendly and extremely good at what they do. I would highly recommend Dr. Dunlap's office to anyone who is looking for a dentist.
Receptionist is rude and unconcerned. Doctor's skills were seriously questioned by other dentists I subsequently had to visit after she had performed.
One of my many children who are seen by their practice had a cancelled appointment way back in January 2018. When we were met with an unexpected emergency (10/31/19) with his school where my Mom who was going to take him to the appointment would not be able to retrieve him in time. As soon as she made me aware, I called to alert them and even left a text message in addition. I have attached a screen shot of their reply saying they would not be able to reschedule him. We have been patients since 2017 and have 5 children and myself that visit this practice. As you can see I was not even offered to pay the $75 missed appointment fee, just told we cannot reschedule him essentially "firing" him as a patient. I'm shocked and disappointed by this response.
I could not be any more pleased with my initial visit and subsequent cleaning with Dr. Dunlap and her staff. Everyone was very thorough and professional. Great care and attention was given to my mouth, as a whole, and how it relates to other medical issues I have. Dr. Dunlap attended a medical conference between my initial visit and my cleaning, and spent time searching for ideas to specifically help ME! I am baffled that someone has given them a one star rating. I highly recommend this dentist!
I needed extensive dental work...I waited a long time to get the work done...Dr. Dunlap was wonderful and make me at ease I would recommend her in a heartbeat!!! a
I am not good about going to the dentist but when I have pain, I have to go. Dr. Dunlap was on my insurance companies providers list. Sadly, I had to wait a month and a half for an appt. but the pain wasn't so bad that I couldn't so it was fine. I am extremely happy about getting in. She is extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and NEVER judgemental (for me not going in a long time). I have been 3 times and have had zero pain from any of the visits. Definitely sending friends/family.
