I should have never tried to schedule another appointment after the last two times coming to this office. I have been going to this dental practice for years, and it continually gets worse. Trying to make an appointment is unreal. The phone lines are always busy and then when you are able to get through a receptionist, they are rude. No emergency appointments seem to be attended to, as I called because of an infected wisdom tooth and was told to come in a MONTH later. Absolutely not. The receptionist said the best they could do was prescribe me medication for my pain. Dr. Khalifeh is sloppy, condescending, and makes arrogant comments. I will be finding another dental practice that treats their patients better.
I've had several restorations and cleanings and routine work done in this office with good success. However, I had an extensive procedure of four adjacent teeth that needed root canals and then crowns. The result is uncomfortable, a poor color match for other teeth and not constructed well for my mouth - the 'bite' and fit has never been right. Dr. Khalifeh's response to my complaint about it is to suggest he grind down the adjacent teeth - which are FINE - instead of remaking the newly implanted crowns. Nope.
Takes forever to get into office to get work done and then when you do, you get injectected with lidocaine and dentist dissappears for an hour to work on other patients while you wait...comes back injects with more lidocaine and completely rushes all the work and does very slopy job. I've had about 4 fillings done and one root canal. Dentist ground out big section of backhand side of tooth that I never had a visible cavity in or pain just a very obvious hole in front hand side of tooth that's deep and sensitive but completely left this open? Almost a month and a half later having constant pain in that section of my mouth when I never did prior to him doing any work. The root canal he performed he set the post then did a very poorly temporary composite filling overtop leaving half of the inside soft tooth showing that has now worn down and broken since procedure plus managed to leave far end of tooth open with 2 very noticeable holes going down in tooth I had to temporary fill myself.
How can one write a review on a visit when you can barely get in? There is no patient cap, accepting new clients to a point he can barely handle. He’s good at what he does, but does he care about his clients or is it the money? The longer we wait for an appointment the worse our problem gets. Making individual appointments for each tooth, months apart.
In my long experience with dentists over 65 plus years, I have never experienced a more talented, skilled, and personable dentist. The office staff is highly organized, and the assistants and hygienists are absolutely top notch. The office is gorgeous, spacious and relaxing, even if it is in the "sticks".
Very friendly and professional. I've been a patient there for many years and since I've moved 45 minutes away still return there for my dental visits.
Beautiful and modern office. Hygienists are great. I had a cracked tooth and a couple of fillings. It has taken me almost 3 months to get these done as he only does one thing at a time. He is the only dentist working on about 8 patients at a time. The receptionists are unorganized, slow, and don't care. It took me 24 minutes just to check-in. My husband needed a bridge on 2 teeth. It took him 3 months to get an appt. When the day came, he drove up there and they said the $2,050.00 price he was given by the insurance company was wrong and the price was $5,600.00. Needless to say, he walked out. We reported the dentist to the insurance company because they said that was not allowed. Dentist just cares about the money.
Amazing dentist, and staff. A state of the art facility, and amazing views of nature looking through panoramic glass to relax you. Highly recommend!
The best dental visit ever. Very professional, gave me the time to relax. explained the procedures in a very friendly manners. I highly recommend him to everyone. Staff are lovely. State of the art dental office, and you will see a spa like dentistry. Thank you Dr. Khalifeh and staff.
