About
Dr. Terry Lowitz has been practicing general dentistry in the Finneytown, Wyoming, Brentwood area of Cincinnati for over 40 years. He continues to improve his craft by attending numerous continuing education courses annually. Dr. Lowitz received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1979 from The Ohio State University School of Dentistry.Dr. Lowitz is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Cincinnati Dental Society, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Flying Dental Association. He has served on the faculty at the University of Cincinnati, providing instruction to dental residents in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program. Dr. Lowitz was selected by his peers as a Top Dentist in Cincinnati in 2015 and as Top Choice Dentist in 2016 as well. He is working towards his Diplomat Status in the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. His daughter Amy attends University of Wisconsin, working toward her PhD in physics. He and his daughter enjoy many hobbies including SCUBA diving and flying. He is an accomplished pilot and has taught recreational and technical scuba diving in the Cincinnati area.
