Dr. Victor graduated from the Howard University School of Dentistry in 1998. He completed his General Practice Residency at St. Elizabeths Hospital. Dr. Victor has a vision of creating a practice where the patients needs are primary, where dentistry is integrated into the overall health of the patients and where the structure of the practice promotes sustainability. With those things in mind The DC Dentist was created.
