We've been at this dental office for quite a while. I feel very fortunate to be taken care of there. Denise went out of her way to make me smile. The ladies at the desk will go out of their way to help you. And Dr. Cingel has taken every step to provide us with exceptional dental health. Thank you very much!!!

Tooth Fairy Not

I saw Dr Cingel pre-Covid. He was great. During Covid no. After Covid I could not get an appointment with him within 2 months time bc he was booked solid, so I had my records sent to another dentist. I tried 2x more to go back to him during fall of 2023. Same deal. No appointments for months. I finally got an appointment with Dr. Cingel for Feb 8, 2024 related to a bonding that was coming loose but surprise he called me before my appointment to give me grief about going to another dentist and my case was too complicated. Whatever, it was awkward and weird. Obviously i will not be going to a dentist who is mad at me! There are plenty of dentists out there. I am not going to be in tooth pain for two months waiting for anyone. To be personally scolded by Dr. Cingel was just unprofessional and sad. Ruined my day.

I cannot say enough about this office, their staff and Dr Thornton and Dr Cingel. I had never been there, called with an issue, they fit me in and when I called the next day with continued pain, they got me right in. Staff were very kind. Dr. Cingel was so kind and informative. I’m not a fan of dentists and dental work but will go back to them. Would also recommend to anyone who asks.
