I have been seeing Dr. Gilfillan since I was a teenager. Dentist before him was cavity happy. Everytime you saw previous dentist you had a cavity. Amazing after switching to Dr. Gilfillan no more cavities. He has crowned my teeth that were discolored from childhood antibiotics. He is excellent and honest. My parents, myself, daughter, granddaughter and ex son in law from Chicago all go to Dr. Gillfillan

Dr. Gilfillan was my dentist for many years. I found him to be extremely cautious and not wiling to do necessary work on my teeth. As a result in the past year, after leaving his care, I have had to have two teeth pulled, a bridge made for those teeth, a root canal and 7 new crowns. All of this could have been done over time with him. They were at a critical point and thus all this work was done in less than a year. I would not recommend him.
