A few years ago, I underwent orthodontic treatment at Dr. Herberger's office. Unfortunately, I have come to regret the outcome of the treatment as my teeth still appeared misaligned. Despite my concerns, Dr. Herberger assured me that this was the intended result, and I reluctantly accepted it. I am now considering receiving orthodontic treatment once again. Looking back, I wish I had better advocated for myself. I would not recommend this orthodontist to family and friends.

Dr. Tom is the BEST! I was an older patient when I met him, having heard about his father in grade school and his Dad's reputation. Dr Tom lived up to his father's and then some. He was always upbeat and positive, especially when I told him I wanted NO other teeth extracted for my bracing procedure. Needless to say, my smile is beautiful even after all these years... Thanks, Dr. Tom, you just are such a good guy and practitioner! Continued SUCCESS to you!
