Dr. Kratzenberg has always made me feel like I was his only patient. His extreme attention to detail was above reproach. He pointed out details that other dentists missed! Keep up the Great work Doc!

Avoid this dentist unless you want someone with a big ego who continually looks for additional unnecessary work. He pulled a wisdom tooth, generally done by a oral surgeon, and left part of the root in my mouth. I decided to go to to a oral surgeon on my own to get it removed and after I returned for a subsequent appointment he said he loosened it up for the oral surgeon. Actually the oral surgeon had a very difficult time getting it out. Then he told me the other wisdom tooth was loose. By then I went to another dentist and it was solid. The cap that his technician put on cuts into my gums and after going to another dentist was told that is is very difficult to repair once it was not fitted correctly. After spending thousands of $$ I have a tooth that constantly bothers me that cannot be repaired.
