About
Dr. Thomas LaMartina grew up in the St. Louis area and completed his undergraduate work in Springfield, MO. He is a 1995 graduate of the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry. After graduation, Dr. LaMartina entered a General Practice Residency through Washington University at Barnes-Jewish and St. Louis Children's Hospital. In 1997 he relocated to Farmington, Missouri with his wife and family. In 2004, Dr. LaMartina moved from a downtown location to a new facility near the Farmington High School on the corner of Westmount Drive and Doctor's Drive. The practice then took the name Westmount Dental Arts which has evolved into one of the most respected dental practices in the Parkland. Through years of continuing education, Dr. LaMartina has achieved the Fellowship award in the Academy of General Dentistry. Only 7% of general dentists reach this level of continuing education. Much of his continuing education has focused in the areas of cosmetic and implant dentistry. Westmount Dental Arts is equipped with advanced dental technologies. Dr LaMartina is trained in the uses of CAD/CAM techniques to make crowns, and state of the art 3D imagery to diagnose disease and pathologic conditions as they relate to the teeth and surrounding structures.
